By using Fábrica Criativa 3D services, the user agrees to the following terms:
General Conditions:
• Orders are accepted and processed after payment confirmation via Paypal, ATM or bank transfer.
• All products are subject to availability at the time of ordering.
Payment and Security:
• We guarantee that all transactions are secure and processed through certified payment methods (Paypal, Multibanco, bank transfer).
Guarantee:
• We offer a 3-year warranty for all products, provided they are used in accordance with the instructions and care provided. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence.
Jurisdiction:
• These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent Portuguese courts.
